Account Manager – Agency Services

About the role

The Account Manager / Service Manager will be the primary point of contact for key agency accounts, ensuring smooth operations, proactive issue resolution and high‑quality service delivery. You will work closely with senior leaders, top producers and contractors across the agency distribution channel.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for assigned key accounts, handling queries, escalations and service requests.
• Coordinate onboarding, licensing, commissions, campaign support and event logistics for agents.
• Conduct regular business reviews to monitor service KPIs, productivity and support needs.
• Develop and maintain service plans, SLAs and dashboards, driving process standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Finance, IT and other functions to deliver seamless cross‑functional support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in life insurance, financial services or agency distribution, with a focus on account management or service leadership.
• Strong understanding of agency onboarding, licensing, commissions and compliance processes.
• Proven stakeholder‑management, problem‑solving and process‑improvement track record.

Required skills

• Experience with agency distribution operations and regulatory compliance.
