Sales & General Affair Officer (Nay Pyi Taw)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales & General Affair Officer to drive new business opportunities while managing government relations and office administration in Nay Pyi Taw. The role combines sales development, client relationship management and coordination with government agencies to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Conduct market research and maintain the business opportunity pipeline.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales‑related documents.
• Coordinate with government departments regarding licenses, permits, approvals, and project requirements.
• Visit government offices and follow up on applications, official letters, and regulatory matters.
• Monitor relevant government regulations, policies, and industry developments.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and government authorities to support smooth project implementation.
• Prepare regular business development and government relations reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in general affairs or administration.
• Strong knowledge of office operations, maintenance, and vendor management.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, manage time, and work independently.
• Honest, responsible, and willing to take initiative.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
