Digital Platform & UX Manager

About the role

The Digital Platform & UX Manager will act as the custodian of MMRD Guide Business’s digital platforms, overseeing performance, user experience, and continuous improvement. This role focuses on platform ownership, analytics, and growth rather than direct software development.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor website and platform performance, track traffic, user behavior, engagement and conversions.
• Identify UX/UI issues, create user journeys, wireframes and Figma designs, and maintain a consistent design system.
• Develop and prioritize a platform improvement roadmap, define clear requirements for the development team, and test new features.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Search/Data, Content and Sales teams to increase usage, engagement and discoverability.
• Monitor competitor platforms and digital trends.

Required profile

• Proactive ownership mindset, user‑centric thinking and data‑driven decision making.
• Understanding of both UX/UI design and digital product management.
• Ability to work closely with developers and prioritize improvements across multiple platforms.
• Curiosity about user search behavior and clear communication of improvement recommendations.
