Intermodal Product Executive

About the role

The Intermodal Product Executive will lead Maersk’s intermodal offering – truck, rail and barge – for Myanmar. Reporting to the Intermodal product team, you will own the product P&L, drive organic and inorganic growth, and shape the market strategy for this critical logistics segment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product growth and capture market share across truck, rail and barge services.
• Collect and analyse market intelligence to set realistic growth targets.
• Define Myanmar‑specific intermodal strategy, segmentation opportunities and value propositions.
• Develop new inland products, set tariffs and optimise cargo‑corridor mix.
• Manage the Intermodal P&L, budgeting and pricing strategy.
• Support commercial teams with training, coaching and tender preparation.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement and customer experience peers to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of product management or business development experience in Myanmar’s trucking sector.
• Direct experience with intermodal and trucking operations, including customs clearance and cross‑border logistics.
• Strong business development and customer relationship management capabilities.
• Fluent English and native‑level Burmese language proficiency.
