Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner acts as a strategic ally to the bank, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive performance and sustainable growth. Working closely with business leaders, the role delivers HR solutions across workforce planning, talent management, learning, and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand priorities, operational challenges and future workforce needs, aligning talent and people initiatives accordingly.
• Lead workforce planning initiatives, identify capability gaps, and facilitate succession planning and talent development.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams to attract, recruit and onboard qualified talent in line with manpower requirements.
• Support learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote continuous career growth.
• Address employee relations issues, promote engagement and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and applicable labor laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Strong understanding of HR practices including workforce planning, talent management, employee relations and organizational development.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and deliver effective people solutions.
• Excellent communication, influencing, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
