Assistant HR Manager – Performance Management

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant HR Manager to support our performance management system, helping to plan appraisal cycles and foster continuous feedback across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing annual and mid‑year performance appraisal cycles.
• Support managers and employees in setting, monitoring, and updating performance goals.
• Maintain HRIS and performance management tools, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Coordinate continuous feedback sessions between employees.
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards for HR leadership and management teams.
• Organize workshops and training sessions on performance evaluation and goal setting.
• Support initiatives that enhance employee motivation and career development.
• Assist in conducting promotion examinations for junior‑level employees when necessary.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of HR experience, preferably in performance management or HR operations.
• Familiarity with HRIS and performance management software.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
