Testing Agent

About the role

The Testing Agent supports the delivery of high‑quality telecom services by executing manual and automated test scenarios across VOX Solutions’ voice, messaging, and data platforms. The role ensures service reliability, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SMS & Voice penetration test plans to identify A2P leakage on mobile networks.
• Detect illegal SMS and voice traffic termination and content manipulation.
• Research subscriber behavior and document OTT authentication methods.
• Prepare reporting documentation for conducted testing.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
• Analyze results to measure filtering solution efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Monetization team to implement testing strategy.
• Participate in continuous delivery, escalating results when necessary.
• Propose and help implement automation ideas and maintain test tools.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new testing tools and strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum English proficiency: A2.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Basic ability to create user accounts on social media applications.
• Availability to work on holidays or weekends according to a predefined schedule.
• Previous telecom industry experience, especially in SMS Messaging (A2P), is a plus.
