About the role
Radiuz is seeking a Software Sales Specialist to drive new customer acquisition and nurture existing accounts for its cloud‑based ISP OSS/BSS platform.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new leads, particularly within the ISP sector.
- Manage the full sales process, from prospect follow‑up to closing deals.
- Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate Radiuz solutions.
- Support customers throughout onboarding and ongoing usage, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships and spot opportunities for upselling or expansion.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to address customer needs.
Required profile
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer support.
- Own a personal laptop and be comfortable with remote work.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Self‑motivated with a focus on meeting targets and follow‑ups.
- Interest in technology, SaaS, or the ISP/telecom industry is a plus.
- Willingness to learn Radiuz products and customer workflows.
