About the role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong C#/.NET expertise to lead the design, development and maintenance of web applications. The role involves collaborating with technology managers, guiding junior developers and ensuring high‑quality, scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with technology managers to gather application and website requirements.
- Upgrade and maintain existing .NET websites and applications.
- Analyze system requirements and delegate development tasks.
- Develop technical specifications and write scalable code.
- Review, debug and support .NET applications.
- Deploy functional websites, programs and applications.
- Draft software and application operating procedures.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior staff.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a .NET developer.
- High‑level managerial and project‑management skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
