Senior QA Specialist – Quality Assurance

About the role

Centric Brands is seeking a Senior QA Specialist to lead quality assurance across its apparel and accessories production lifecycle. You will embed preventive quality measures, strengthen factory capabilities, and ensure that products consistently meet customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Drive quality assurance throughout production by implementing preventive measures and monitoring compliance.
• Support quality control and inspection activities as part of an integrated quality management system.
• Incorporate process‑control measures, conduct root‑cause analysis, and resolve upstream quality issues.
• Perform risk assessments during pre‑production meetings and line reviews with factory representatives.
• Provide regular training to vendor and factory teams on customer requirements and quality standards.
• Follow up on Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Monitor production status, work‑in‑progress, and daily factory operations to identify risks.
• Oversee internal factory quality control systems, including sharp‑tool and needle‑detection processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in socks, accessories, or handbag manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of inspection processes (AQL standards) and handbag construction, materials, trims, hardware, and safety requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical college diploma.
• Proficient written English for document review and reporting.
• Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
