Senior Property Controller

About the role

The Senior Property Controller will oversee the company's properties, fixed assets and related records, ensuring accurate documentation, proper utilization and compliance with internal policies. The role works closely with multiple departments and locations to monitor asset movement, condition, maintenance and disposal.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date records of fixed assets, properties and equipment across offices, warehouses and branches.
• Conduct regular physical inspections and inventory checks, reconciling findings with system and financial records.
• Track asset movements, transfers, assignments, returns and disposals, securing appropriate approvals and documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance, repair and replacement activities with relevant departments.
• Prepare periodic asset and property reports for management review.
• Support the development and improvement of asset control procedures and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in property control, fixed‑asset management or asset administration, preferably in FMCG, retail, distribution or other multi‑location businesses.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
• Willingness to travel to branches, warehouses or other company locations as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
