Senior Product Manager – Pharmaceutical Marketing

About the role

Sun Pharma is seeking a Manager / Senior Product Manager to lead product marketing initiatives for its pharmaceutical portfolio in Yangon. The role focuses on developing and executing brand strategies, supporting sales teams, and driving market growth through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to annual therapy and brand planning, including campaign development and communication execution.
• Prepare monthly promotion programs, define guidelines, and ensure timely delivery of promotional materials.
• Provide product training, strategy briefings and tactical guidance to sales executives.
• Collect field insights, identify market opportunities and develop local strategy proposals.
• Analyze market research, sales trends, internal data and import data to support business decisions.
• Identify potential new products within the assigned therapy area.

Required profile

• B.Pharm or B.NSc (or equivalent); MBA in Marketing is a plus.
• Relevant product management, marketing or pharmaceutical certification (optional).
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and therapy areas.
• Business and financial acumen with ability to interpret sales and market data.
