Senior MIS Officer

About the role

Hayman Microfinance is seeking a Senior MIS Officer to collect, analyse and consolidate business data, produce regular reports and deliver insights that support management decision‑making. The role also contributes to MIS system maintenance and technology‑related initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyse financial and operational data, including budgets, outreach and branch performance.
• Prepare regular, structured reports and develop forecast models.
• Identify trends, conduct detailed data analysis and present findings to management.
• Support technology projects, cost management and MIS portfolio activities in line with company policies.
• Provide consulting, documentation, training and orientation on standard systems to staff.
• Assist in planning, implementation, integration and maintenance of application systems.
• Identify and resolve work‑related problems, escalating issues to the manager as needed.
• Maintain good communication with staff and stakeholders and comply with Operations Department regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Statistics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in MIS, data analysis or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English and Myanmar.
