Senior Functional Consultant – Hospital Management System (EMR)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of our Hospital Management System (EMR). You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to translate their needs into functional solutions that improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business and clinical requirement analysis through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA engineers to design functional solutions.
• Support implementation projects from configuration and data migration to go‑live and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Prepare training materials, conduct user training sessions, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Healthcare Management, Health Informatics, Medical or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Implementation Consultant.
• Strong requirement‑gathering and business‑process analysis abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
