Senior Account Executive

About the role

Visuala Marketing Agency is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead multiple client accounts, translate business goals into strategic marketing solutions, and drive execution. The role is full‑time, based in Hlaing, with flexible working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 8–10 client accounts simultaneously as the primary point of contact.
• Lead the development of marketing strategies, content calendars, campaign plans, scripts, shootings, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the account team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.
• Oversee project execution from concept through completion.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a marketing agency, preferably in account management or client servicing.
• Proven ability to independently manage 8–10 client accounts while meeting deadlines.
• Strong team leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Excellent client communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Solid understanding of account‑executive responsibilities and agency workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Good command of written and spoken English (preferred).
