Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by communicating with customers, handling bookings, and ensuring that sales targets are met on a daily, monthly and yearly basis. You will act as a liaison between clients, travel agents and internal departments to facilitate smooth transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote sales and respond to customer inquiries via phone, social media, messengers and email.
• Manage B2B, B2C and travel‑agent relationships to pitch and close sales.
• Handle sales and reservation bookings to achieve set targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reports, booking lists and email correspondence.
• Follow up on pending payments, bookings and passenger information.
• Prepare and send invoices as required.
• Issue tickets online or offline according to sales procedures.
• Compile regular reports for the Sales Manager.
• Participate actively in sales initiatives and company activities.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (flexible for high‑potential candidates).
• Fair proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to work dynamically.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related sales or booking role.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with all management levels.
• Excellent communication skills for dealing with diverse customers.
