About the role
The Sales Analyst is responsible for collecting, analysing and reporting sales data to improve overall sales productivity and support decision‑making for the Regional Sales Head.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and evaluate sales records and trends against targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Analyse data to increase sales productivity and produce both standardised and custom reports.
- Assist management with sales budgeting, rolling forecasts and variance analysis.
- Perform pack‑mix and product‑category analysis by channel and region.
- Track individual trade activity and compile competitor activity updates.
Required profile
- University/Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Good English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
- Self‑motivated and proactive.
