Quantity Surveyor

About the role

The Quantity Surveyor will join Hillman Land’s on‑site team in Bahan to manage cost estimation, budgeting and expenditure monitoring for residential and mixed‑use real‑estate projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for residential and mixed‑use projects.
• Support cost planning, budgeting and forecasting across multiple project phases.
• Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets and report variances.
• Conduct cost estimation, cost control and cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist tender processes and manage contract administration.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and external partners to ensure delivery within budget while maintaining quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Strong experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take‑off and measurement for construction projects.
• Proficiency in cost planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost control for residential developments.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, tendering procedures and Myanmar’s real‑estate regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
