QA/QC Assistant Executive

Key responsibilities

• Overall management of Lab department.
• Handle development and improvement of laboratory procedures and methodologies.
• Train and assist junior Lab technician.
• Maintain accurate records of lab activities, inventory, and results.
• Collect, organize, and analyse data, preparing reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO, HACCP, GMP, and local regulatory requirements; support internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and processes are audit‑ready.
• Prepare monthly report of lab department.

Required profile

• Minimum and preferred education: Bachelor of Engineering in chemical, Bachelor’s Science in Industrial chemistry, or Bachelor’s Science in Chemistry.
• 1–3 years of experience in oil packaging factory or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office management systems.
• Familiarity with document management and reporting tools; ability to use lab equipment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, good communication and interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and high integrity and confidentiality.
