Project Support Senior Supervisor

About the role

The Project Support Senior Supervisor provides administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth execution of projects, supporting the Project Lead in planning, documentation, coordination, and monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables and escalate issues when needed.
• Support procurement and logistics arrangements related to project activities.
• Maintain records of contracts, approvals, and compliance documents.
• Organise meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on action items.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or related field.
• 1‑3 years experience in project coordination, administration or executive assistant roles, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG or construction.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel as required and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
