Procurement & Sourcing Manager – Yangon

About the role

The Procurement & Sourcing Manager will lead all purchasing activities for marketing, media, event and production projects in Yangon. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure that goods and services are sourced cost-effectively, on time and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify suppliers, request and evaluate quotations, and negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Manage purchase orders, track inventory of marketing materials, and coordinate deliveries with internal project teams.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships, monitor vendor performance and enforce compliance with company policies and budgets.
• Conduct market research to discover new suppliers and materials, and propose cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare regular procurement reports and present recommendations to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing or supply-chain roles, preferably within marketing, media or events.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for negotiation and stakeholder coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on-site in Yangon and uphold ethical, non-discriminatory practices.
