Premier Banking Relationship Manager

About the role

The Premier Banking Relationship Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Myanmar. You will manage and grow a portfolio of premier banking clients, delivering tailored financial advice and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with affluent clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
• Recommend suitable deposit, lending, wealth and payment solutions.
• Cross‑sell banking products and drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop new business opportunities and attend client events.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support customer retention initiatives and reinforce the bank’s brand as a trusted partner.

Required profile

• Proven relationship‑management and customer‑service abilities.
• Solid knowledge of retail and premier banking products (deposits, loans, wealth solutions, payments).
• Experience in sales, business development and portfolio management with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong analytical and risk‑assessment capabilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or a related field; fluency in English and local languages preferred.
