PR and Communications Manager

About the role

The Public Relations & Communications Manager will design and execute strategic communication plans that boost STL Group’s brand reputation, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. This position is pivotal in media relations, content creation, crisis handling, and shaping public perception.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR strategies to increase brand visibility and reputation.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, speeches, talking points, and press statements.
• Organise media briefings, interviews, press conferences, and corporate events.
• Monitor media coverage and produce regular PR performance reports.
• Ensure consistent messaging across internal and external communication platforms.
• Create newsletters, announcements, FAQs, corporate presentations, and bilingual e‑newsletters.
• Lead crisis communication planning, including response drafts and stakeholder communication plans.
• Collaborate with marketing to align brand voice and oversee content for websites, social media, blogs, and publications.
• Develop relationships with internal teams, partners, regulators, and support CSR initiatives and public campaigns.
• Track PR performance, media sentiment, and brand perception, delivering quarterly insights.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of corporate experience in public relations or communications.
• Strong reporting and writing abilities; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives.
