Payroll Sales Executive

About the role

The Payroll Sales Executive will drive the growth of uab bank’s payroll banking solutions across corporate and SME clients in Yangon. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building a robust sales pipeline, presenting tailored payroll products, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and expand payroll banking solutions to corporate and SME clients.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline, identify new business opportunities, and conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and coordinate onboarding activities with internal teams.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, monitor account performance, and provide timely support.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to enhance payroll offerings.
• Gather market insights, prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation and negotiation.
• Knowledge of banking products, especially payroll solutions, cash management, and corporate/SME banking.
• Experience in account management and customer service with a solutions‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyse client needs and market trends, with basic data interpretation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; relevant banking or sales experience preferred.
• High ethical standards, strong organisational and time‑management skills, and willingness to travel locally.
