Operations Executive

About the role

Luce SG, a tech‑powered services provider, is expanding its operations in Myanmar and seeks an Operations Executive to ensure smooth day‑to‑day activities across its cleaning and facility services portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes by collaborating with operation supervisors and conducting regular checks.
• Resolve escalated client and worker issues that supervisors cannot handle.
• Coordinate with the sales team to provide operational input for large tender quotations.
• Ensure sufficient staffing for all cleaning contracts by working closely with HR.
• Partner with the Operations Manager to improve processes and support business growth.

Required profile

• At least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to be contactable outside office hours for operational matters.
• Full‑time availability with an immediate start preferred.
• Willingness to work 9:00 am – 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
