Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the Sales and Marketing Department, driving brand positioning and business growth. This senior role involves shaping strategy, overseeing campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, market entry plans, and branding initiatives.
• Manage marketing operations, including project timelines, budgets, procurement, vendor coordination, and event execution.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, assigning responsibilities and monitoring performance.
• Oversee branding, advertising, promotional campaigns, offline events, and customer experience activities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights to inform decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and suppliers for smooth project delivery.
• Prepare presentations, reports, strategic plans, and management updates.
• Support CSR initiatives and strengthen internal branding and employee engagement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, branding, business development, team leadership, and campaign execution.
• Preferable experience in the real estate and property development sector.
• Strong strategic planning, project management, budget management, and multi‑project handling abilities.
• Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
