Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Marketing Supervisor will own the brand’s presence across digital and physical touchpoints. This hands‑on, player‑coach role bridges product strategy and execution, creating social media campaigns, physical activations, and community programs to drive product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product messaging, positioning and go‑to‑market collateral for an interconnected product ecosystem.
• Design and run enablement campaigns such as workshops, webinars, user spotlights and guides to turn customers into advocates.
• Plan, write and publish organic content on LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok and email newsletters.
• Set up, monitor and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, focusing on CAC, leads and sales.
• Organise cost‑effective physical events, pop‑ups, trade‑show appearances and community meet‑ups.
• Manage production of flyers, brochures, banners and branded merchandise with external vendors.
• Leverage AI tools, freelancers and automation to maximise output on a lean budget.
• Report monthly on ROI, user acquisition and channel growth.
