Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the company's brand and promotional activities by managing vendor relationships, coordinating the production of marketing materials, and assisting with campaign execution. This role blends procurement expertise with marketing execution to ensure high‑quality deliverables on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers for marketing, printing, event, and operational needs.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and secure the best value while maintaining quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners.
• Coordinate production and timely delivery of marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, sales events, exhibitions, and corporate activities.
• Prepare quotation comparisons, purchase requests, and procurement documentation for management review.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
• Perform other marketing and operational tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, procurement coordination, vendor management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
