Assistant Event & Operation Manager (Marketing)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Event & Operation Manager to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of commercial property events. You will work closely with Commercial Leasing and Marketing teams to deliver events that drive leasing, tenant engagement, and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute leasing events, property launches, roadshows, exhibitions and other business‑related activities.
• Develop event timelines, work plans, manpower and logistics arrangements, and operational checklists.
• Coordinate vendors, suppliers, agencies, contractors and temporary staff, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and manage budgets.
• Oversee production of marketing collateral, signage and branding materials, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal departments, tenants, business partners and external stakeholders.
• Supervise operational teams during set‑up, event days and dismantling.
• Monitor event budgets, resources and timelines to ensure efficient delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in event management, marketing operations or commercial property, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in commercial real estate, shopping malls or mixed‑use developments is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
