Marketing Assistant – Digital Marketing

About the role

Realm is looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to support its digital marketing initiatives. The role is ideal for recent graduates or fresh talent eager to gain hands‑on experience managing social media content and event‑related campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars for TikTok, Facebook and Viber.
• Create, edit and publish short‑form video assets such as TikToks and Reels covering events, point‑of‑sale‑material (POSM) showcases and behind‑the‑scenes projects.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions, messages and comments to strengthen brand presence.
• Collaborate directly with the Client Service team to understand target audience needs and align project goals for event and POSM campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong organisational abilities to handle fast‑moving event timelines and production schedules.
• Capacity to work independently while collaborating smoothly with internal teams and external client service units.
• Relevant educational background or degree; prior experience in digital marketing or content creation is a plus.
