Manager, Channel Marketing (On-Trade)

About the role

The Manager, Channel Marketing (On-Trade) will report to the Senior Trade Marketing Manager and lead the development and execution of the On‑Trade channel strategy. This role works closely with Brand, Sales and Procurement teams to drive growth, visibility and consumer engagement across priority outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the annual On‑Trade channel plan based on consumer, customer and outlet insights.
• Collaborate with Brand and Sales to launch programs, promotions and activation initiatives.
• Identify outlet acquisition opportunities and support channel expansion in key markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and leading On‑Trade outlets.
• Lead activation projects to increase brand visibility and consumer recruitment.
• Manage POSM, branding assets and agency deliverables within approved budgets.
• Conduct market visits to monitor execution standards, gather competitor intelligence and spot growth opportunities.
• Track channel performance, evaluate ROI and present business reviews at sales conferences.
• Oversee channel marketing budgets and continuously optimise spend.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or postgraduate) in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in channel marketing within FMCG/Beer environment.
• Proven track record of delivering visibility campaigns from briefing to execution.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Myanmar.
