Maintenance Engineer/Technician

About the role

Yoma Elevator Company Limited is seeking a Maintenance Engineer/Technician to join its team of professionals delivering safe and reliable elevator and escalator services. You will work on a variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects, performing scheduled preventive maintenance and minor repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance according to established plans and procedures.
• Inspect, clean, lubricate and adjust equipment components to ensure safe operation.
• Test safety devices, identify defects or abnormal conditions and report them.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on elevators and escalators.
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Complete accurate maintenance reports and maintain service records.
• Communicate professionally with clients, providing updates on activities and issues.
• Participate in technical training to continuously develop knowledge and skills.

Required profile

• AGTI, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and components.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work in elevator and escalator maintenance operations.
• Strong safety awareness, disciplined attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
