Construction Project Manager – Building & Construction

About the role

The Construction Project Manager will lead building construction projects from planning and design through to completion and handover. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards while coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage building construction projects, developing and monitoring schedules, budgets, resources and overall plans.
• Manage contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, cost, safety and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve issues and risks.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements and manage variations, claims and cost control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 8–12 years of construction/project management experience, including 4–5 years at a manager level.
• Strong experience in building construction and property development projects.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in real‑estate/property development is highly preferred.
