Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Key Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with our strategic corporate customers. The role focuses on maintaining client satisfaction, uncovering new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective account management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key corporate accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Understand customer business needs and propose suitable ICT solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Achieve sales targets and account growth objectives.
• Prepare regular account review and business reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Account Management, B2B Sales, or ICT Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing enterprise or corporate customers.
• Ability to build long‑term customer relationships.
• Good command of English and Myanmar languages.
