Key Account Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with our most important digital marketing clients. Based in Yangon, you will act as the primary liaison, ensuring client objectives are met and exceeded through strategic campaign planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, understanding their business goals and digital marketing needs.
• Coordinate with internal strategy, creative, and analytics teams to design and launch SEO, social media, content, and paid campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, prepare regular reports and present actionable insights to clients.
• Handle escalations promptly and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to expand the range of Hype Nest services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, client services or business development within marketing or advertising.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities, with a track record of managing expectations and influencing stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and how they align with client objectives.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, capable of handling multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
