IT Project Manager

About the role

The IT Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction. This role coordinates internal teams, tracks progress, and serves as the primary communication bridge between the client and the project team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, and expenditures.
• Organize, attend, and participate in client and internal meetings.
• Document actions and decisions from meetings and distribute minutes.
• Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensure project deadlines are met and manage changes.
• Provide administrative support and undertake project tasks as required.
• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and maintain proper documentation.
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a related role.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Strong client‑facing and internal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing workload under deadline pressure.
