International Sourcing & Import Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced International Sourcing & Import Manager to establish and lead a new division focused on sourcing and importing skincare, beauty, supplement, healthcare and future pharmaceutical products. The role will shape supplier networks, build efficient processes and support the company’s expansion across multiple product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement international sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate and maintain long‑term relationships with overseas suppliers and manufacturers.
• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing and import activities, including purchase orders, shipping coordination, customs clearance and delivery scheduling.
• Lead OEM, ODM and private‑label product development projects.
• Collaborate with regulatory, warehouse, finance, marketing and retail teams to ensure compliant and timely product launches.
• Create departmental SOPs, workflows and performance KPIs.
• Recruit, coach and develop a sourcing and import team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Marketing or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in international sourcing, procurement, import/export or supply chain within FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, supplements or healthcare.
• Proven negotiation skills and experience managing overseas commercial relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English for international business communication.
