Head of Operations – Naypyidaw

About the role

Global Technology Group is looking for a proactive Head of Operations to lead its Naypyidaw branch. You will act as the primary company representative in the capital, driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and building strategic relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations to deliver efficient, high‑quality services.
• Manage administration, cross‑functional coordination, and daily operational activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government bodies, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
• Represent the company at meetings, official events, and stakeholder engagements.
• Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and KPIs while ensuring policy compliance.
• Recruit, motivate, and lead a high‑performing regional team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven background in branch management, operations, administration or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Established network and deep understanding of the Naypyidaw market.
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, ICT or related service industries is a strong advantage.
