Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer will join the Marketing department to create visual concepts that effectively communicate ideas to target audiences. Working closely with the Creative Lead and other team members, the role ensures all designs align with brand guidelines and project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Study design briefs, determine project requirements and set deadlines.
• Conceptualize visuals tailored to project needs and audience.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to the project team.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or hand‑drawing techniques.
• Select appropriate colors and layouts to ensure on‑brand, visually appealing graphics.
• Collaborate with the team to produce final designs.
• Test graphics across various media to confirm functionality and visual quality.
• Revise designs based on feedback.
• Guarantee final graphics meet brand standards and are aesthetically strong.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with copywriters and other creatives.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
• Portfolio demonstrating solid understanding of design principles.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of design software.
