Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to create engaging, on‑brand visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, retail environments and events. The role involves turning marketing briefs into compelling designs that support our brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging and on‑brand designs for social media, digital campaigns, retail, and events.
• Design marketing materials such as social media posts, banners, posters, POSM, standees, and promotional items.
• Develop creative concepts and visual layouts based on marketing briefs.
• Adapt designs for different platforms and campaign requirements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Video, and Retail teams to maintain visual consistency.
• Prepare accurate, print‑ready artwork for production.
• Maintain organized design files, templates, and brand assets.
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and meet quality standards.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Marketing Designer.
• Strong knowledge of layout, typography, colour, and visual composition.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and able to turn ideas into effective visual designs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
• Basic motion graphics or video design skills are a plus.
