General Manager – Overall Management & Projects

About the role

The General Manager oversees day‑to‑day operations across multiple departments, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. This senior position combines operational leadership with strategic alignment to the company’s marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources and budgets while monitoring risk and performance.
• Manage client relationships, handling stakeholder communication, negotiation and presentations.
• Analyze performance metrics, improve internal processes and support business‑development initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to plan, implement and review strategic initiatives across the organization.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and people‑management experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven project‑management expertise, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management and performance monitoring.
• Operational management capabilities such as process improvement, budgeting and workflow optimisation across several service lines.
• Excellent client‑relationship and communication skills.
• Understanding of marketing, media, branding and event‑management concepts, preferably within an agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Thingangyun, manage multiple priorities and make data‑informed decisions in a fast‑paced setting.
