Fullstack Developer – Java & React

About the role

Expleo Group is seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer to design, build, and maintain banking applications. You will work with Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and React.js on the frontend, delivering high‑quality, secure solutions for the financial sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack banking applications using Java and React.
• Build scalable backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces.
• Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and business analysts to ensure solution quality.
• Optimize performance and guarantee responsiveness across platforms.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with banking security and data‑protection standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and clean‑code principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
