Document Control Assistant

About the role

The Document Control Assistant will join AdvaMed Medical Innovation in Yangon to ensure that all physical and electronic documents are organized, up‑to‑date, and compliant with company policies and regulatory standards. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the company’s commitment to high‑quality medical equipment distribution by maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth information flow across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Create, review, and update document templates and ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain version control, track document status, and distribute documents to relevant teams in a timely manner.
• Manage filing systems, both physical and electronic, and support audit preparation by providing required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect necessary documents and respond to document‑related inquiries.
• Identify inconsistencies and suggest improvements to document control processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in administrative support, document control, or quality management within healthcare or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience using document management software and basic IT literacy.
