Digital Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Digital Marketing Supervisor will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of digital campaigns across social media, email and other online channels. Working closely with brand teams, content creators and external KOLs, the role ensures consistent brand messaging and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts, digital content and email campaigns.
• Plan, launch and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
• Track performance, analyse analytics and report on campaign outcomes.
• Develop campaign proposals and generate content ideas for assigned brands.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate KOL collaborations, video shoots and produce monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Any Bachelor’s degree (Digital Marketing Certificate preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience with Facebook Ads, boosting and campaign management.
• Basic design and video editing knowledge.
• Familiarity with Canva and other digital marketing tools.
