Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Jinglong Company, a long‑standing machinery sales firm, is looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to lead its online presence. You will work from the Industrial Zone 3 office in Hlaing Thar Yar, Yangon, managing all digital touch‑points and driving growth through targeted campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise all digital channels, including social media (Facebook, Viber), the corporate website and CRM platforms.
• Plan, execute and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok and messaging platforms to maximise ROI and conversions.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and industry movements to inform strategy.
• Determine the optimal content type and channel mix for product launches, promotions and campaigns, briefing design and video teams accordingly.
• Support the planning and execution of seasonal marketing initiatives and promotional events.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day marketing operations such as photo shoots, content scheduling and vendor/partner liaison.
• Monitor online channels, respond to inquiries and report on campaign performance.

Required profile

• Graduate or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
• Strong analytical mindset and result‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
