Digital Marketing & Communication Manager

About the role

AGD Bank is looking for a Digital Marketing & Communication Manager to strengthen its online presence and drive sales through innovative digital campaigns. You will lead the creation of engaging content across all owned channels, ensure consistent brand messaging, and optimize the customer journey using data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
• Maintain and grow the bank’s social media presence on all platforms.
• Measure, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.
• Conduct competitive analysis, identify trends and adjust spend to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create landing pages, visual assets and video scripts.
• Oversee website content, user experience and SEO optimisation.
• Develop press releases and media communications to clarify the bank’s value proposition.
• Implement automation tools to personalise customer interactions at scale.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end digital marketing programmes.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
