Digital and Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital & Performance Marketing Manager to shape and execute our digital marketing strategy. You will own the end‑to‑end process of acquiring customers, generating leads, and driving revenue across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated digital marketing plan aligned with business objectives, including paid media, SEO, SEM, social, email, and content.
• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms, managing budgets, targeting, bidding and retargeting.
• Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, copy, landing pages and offers to improve CAC, CPA, CPL, CTR and conversion rates.
• Lead SEO initiatives to boost organic visibility and traffic.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce high‑performing digital assets.
• Track performance using Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets and ensure accurate pixel, conversion and UTM implementation.
• Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights for senior management.
• Coordinate with external agencies and technology partners, communicating results and recommendations.
