Channel Manager, Residential Sales

About the role

The Channel Manager, Residential Sales will lead the expansion and optimisation of sales channels for residential properties. Reporting to senior management, you will work closely with agencies, referrers and internal teams to drive revenue and ensure smooth transaction processes.

Key responsibilities

• Expand sales channels, including agencies and referrers, to exceed assigned sales targets.
• Support senior management in executing business initiatives and strategic objectives.
• Assist channel partners in sales negotiations to secure profitable deal closures.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with partners, agents and key stakeholders.
• Monitor customer and partner needs, market feedback and provide timely insights to management.
• Track channel performance, pipeline health and follow‑up activities.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and customer transactions.
• Handle escalated customer or partner issues professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in channel management; real‑estate experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong presentation, communication and social skills.
• Highly driven, self‑motivated, results‑oriented and committed to excellence.
• Strong sense of ownership, resilience and willingness to take on challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑management abilities with business partners.
• Fluent in English and/or Mandarin; proficiency in both is an advantage.
