Assistant Project Coordinator

About the role

The Assistant Project Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Yangon, supporting the Project Coordinator in planning, organizing and tracking real‑estate and property projects from initiation to completion. The role involves coordinating internal teams and external partners, handling documentation, monitoring timelines and ensuring clear stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on project activities, ensuring alignment of objectives.
• Assist in preparing, organizing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and records.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables and logistics for site visits, inspections and stakeholder meetings.
• Update progress reports, prepare status updates and support issue resolution to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Support the scheduling of resources and procurement of necessary materials for on‑site activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in business, engineering, construction management or a related field (preferred).
• Fresh graduates considered if they demonstrate strong organizational, communication and coordination abilities.
• Prior experience in real estate, construction or property consulting is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑moving, frontier market environment.
• Fluency in Burmese and English, both written and spoken (preferred).
