Business Operation Support

About the role

The Business Operation Support position is based in Myanmar and ensures the smooth functioning of daily operations for MPT's postpaid telecom services. The role focuses on project delivery, process improvement, and resolving system issues to support both internal teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, execution, system testing, and post‑launch monitoring.
• Analyze and improve postpaid billing, cash collection, and bad‑debt reduction processes.
• Resolve system issues for frontline teams and customers to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Coordinate with finance and vendors to address payment discrepancies.
• Assist the team with assigned operational duties and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• 3–4 years of experience in business operation support or sales support, preferably in telecom.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills with IT and external vendors.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication abilities in English.
• Proven oral, written, phone, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Reporting and data analysis capabilities.
